Smart relays, PLCs, HMIs, variable speed drives, contactors and UL 489 breakers from one manufacturer. The iSmart, i3 and XGB controllers share license-free programming software, and IMO ships from US stock.
Dynamic is the IMO Automation rep for Northern California and Northern Nevada. We work with the machine builders, panel shops and integrators who decide what runs the machine.

A few interlocks, a start sequence and a handful of timers fit a smart relay. Once the I/O count climbs or the sequence needs expansion, the machine needs a PLC. With IMO the step is iSmart to i3 to XGB on the same license-free toolchain.
Industrial automation and production equipmentMachine Intelligence & ControlA UL 489 listed breaker is the branch-circuit protective device a panel inspector expects on each branch. IMO motor circuit breakers, RCBOs and surge protection come from the same catalog. The protection chain is one vendor and one curve family.
Power That PerformsUL 489: what it is and how it should be appliedIMO Jaguar drives come in compact to heavy frames, with harsh-environment models built for vibration. Give the drive its own motor circuit breaker and room in the panel for the heat it dissipates. The breakers and contactors around the drive come from the same catalog.
Heavy equipment, mobile machinery and outdoor systemsBuilding, facility and site systemsIMO Automation covers the logic, the drive, the HMI and the protection on one line card.
The Jaguar NXG is the IMO variable speed drive for the motor loads on a machine. Jaguar drives come in compact to heavy frames, including harsh-environment models built for vibration. Contactors and motor circuit breakers for the drive come from the same catalog.
The i3 is the IMO intelligent controller, the step between an iSmart smart relay and an XGB PLC. The i3 uses the same license-free programming as the smart relay and the PLC.
IMO iSmart smart relays handle interlocks, start sequences and timers. XGB PLCs take over once the I/O count climbs or the sequence needs expansion. License-free programming runs across the range, so the step up does not change the toolchain or add a runtime license.
IMO iView operator interfaces sit on the same ecosystem as the logic. The HMI on the door comes from the same catalog as the smart relay, the PLC and the drive.
IMO Automation miniature circuit breakers are UL 489 listed. A UL 489 listed breaker is the branch-circuit protective device a panel inspector expects on each branch. A supplementary protector is not a substitute for a UL 489 breaker.
IMO contactors run from compact through heavy industrial frames, with a 3 W sealed coil that runs cool. Motor circuit breakers, RCBOs and surge protection sit beside the contactors in the same catalog. Cam switches and pilot lights complete the panel.

IMO mechanical disconnects isolate the AC supply at the panel. The SI Series TRUE DC isolator (UL 508, 8 million units installed since 2009) goes where a PV string or a DC feeder needs a disconnect you can see and lock. The SIM compact version is about a third smaller for the combiner.
Loop-powered isolators, signal converters and frequency-to-analog converters keep analog signals clean in noisy environments.
IMO backs electromechanical components with up to a 5-year warranty and dispatches from US stock the same day.

Count the I/O and the timers. A few interlocks, a start sequence and a handful of timers fit a smart relay. Once the I/O count climbs or the sequence needs expansion, the machine needs a PLC. With IMO the step is iSmart to i3 to XGB on the same license-free toolchain, so a machine can start small and grow without a rewrite.
Yes. IMO iSmart smart relays, i3 controllers and XGB PLCs carry no runtime license and no per-seat fee for the programming software. The customer's team learns one platform, which is the point.

Yes. Give the drive its own motor circuit breaker and room in the panel for the heat it dissipates. Look at what the drive does to power quality on the line. IMO Jaguar drives come in compact to heavy frames, and the breakers and contactors around the drive come from the same catalog.

Dynamic is the manufacturer's rep in the territory. IMO parts are quoted and sold through the distributor you already buy from. IMO dispatches from US stock the same day.
Dynamic Measurement and Control Solutions is the IMO Automation representative for Northern California and Northern Nevada. Bring us the sequence, the loads and the floor the machine runs on. An application engineer works the controller size, the drives, the protection and the operator interface through with you before the spec locks.
Where it lands: the smart relay, drive and HMI at the control layer, and the breakers and contactors protecting each branch. See Machine Intelligence & Control and Power That Performs, stages 09 Controller and 04 Branch protection and surge on the design path.
See every line in design order on the design path, or the whole line card on the products page.
The sequence, the loads and the supply voltage are enough to start. Tell us what the panel has to run in a short form.
We come back with a part list and datasheets for the controller, the drives and the protection.
