At Dynamic Measurement and Control Solutions (Dynamic), we are more than just representatives of industrial control hardware and power components – we are your trusted engineering partners.

Dynamic offers solutions that solve machine manufacturing, design, and performance problems. When you work with us, you get more than products – insightful support, trusted expertise, and dynamic solutions that drive design success.

Over 25+ years in machine design and industrial controls, we have learned that solving engineering challenges isn’t just about having the right components.

It’s about having the right support.

My journey started young, with a love for "How & Why" child craft books, Legos, model rockets, Go-Karts, and fixing things – then an electronics fascination nurtured by my family’s distribution business in the '70s and '80s. That early exposure taught me how to solve technical puzzles and stay cool under pressure. Most importantly, it showed me the joy of helping others bring their ideas to life.

I’ve also been involved in athletics my entire life. I played competitive baseball and soccer well into adulthood and enjoy recreational sports like softball, golf, tennis, mountain biking, and weight training. From this, I’ve learned that discipline, repetition, and continuous improvement are the keys to performing at the highest level.

I work on design projects daily – across multiple industries, applications, and challenges. I’ve spent the last 28 years immersed in the world of machine building and industrial controls, so I’ve seen a lot and know what works.

Having seen success for over 20 years as a sales and applications engineer for industrial control manufacturers, I decided to turn my focus to becoming a professional manufacturer’s representative. As an “independent” manufacturer’s representative, I’m not tied to any one company’s solutions or agendas. That independence is your advantage.

I love problem-solving; my real passion is guiding ideas to a tangible solutions.

(2017 - Present): Leading DMCS as an Application Engineer/Consultant

  • Jeff has spent the last seven years growing DMCS, partnering with manufacturers to represent best-in-class products.
    • He focuses on building strong client relationships and delivering technical sales and engineering support to industries like transportation, power systems, and automated manufacturing.

(2017): Founding Dynamic Measurement and Control Solutions (DMCS)

  • After guiding a German signal conditioning and power measurement supplier to previously unrealized sales figures, spending many weeks a year living out of suitcases, and forming many new relationships, an opportunity to become my own boss became very attractive. I was inspired to take a new path when a new partnership evolved.
    • In his industry experience, Jeff founded DMCS to provide high-quality, custom-engineered solutions for electrical components, industrial controls, and electromechanical devices. His vision was to simplify complex engineering challenges for OEMs, machine designers, and industrial manufacturers.

(2014 - 2017): Sales Manager at Knick USA

  • As the sales manager at Knick USA, I managed direct employees and a national team of independent reps and distributors who sold our products.
Jeff's responsibilities expanded further, managing projects and leading teams while specializing in electrical measurement and analog signal products.
    • His ability to support major industrial customers solidified his reputation as a trusted partner.

(2011 - 2014): Sales Engineer at Knick USA

  • In 2009, I had the opportunity to import a brand of high-quality microwave sensors from Germany, gaining invaluable experience in global trade and international markets and fostering customer-supplier relationships. From my previous control design experience, understanding of import compliance, strong cross-border partnerships, and successful introduction of high-quality goods into the U.S. market, I became the primary sales channel for an electrical measurement device manufacturer.
    • Jeff transitioned into a specialized role, working closely with industrial accounts in rugged environments like metal, mining, cement, transportation, energy, and utilities. His focus on guiding clients through the entire process—from design to installation—refined his technical sales skills.

(2006 - 2017): Advancing to Sales Manager at Target Electronics Inc.

  • After my uncle Pat left the business, I was called back inside to work as the sales manager. I successfully managed a team of 4 outside sales and 3 inside sales employees.
    • Over 11 years, Jeff moved into a leadership role, working directly under his father, Mike Weseloh. He managed sales teams and oversaw customer success for major accounts. His role included developing sales strategies, training staff, and ensuring quality customer experiences.

(1999 - 2006): Early Career at Target Electronics Inc.

  • I moved from a warehouse worker to inside sales. I worked with my Uncle Pat, who, like myself, was the oldest sibling in the family and had a wealth of knowledge to pass down. After a few years, I started working outside sales in the Santa Cruz and Monterey Coastal territory.
    • After attending Cabrillo College, Jeff began his career in outside sales. He quickly gained expertise in industrial controls and electrical components, honed his ability to connect with clients, and delivered tailored solutions.

1990's

I worked in the warehouse of my family's electronics distribution company, shipping, receiving, and managing inventory. (I was also the unofficial office chair race champion.)

1980's

As a child, I assembled Lego-like switches consisting of a body, electrical contact, and a stylized cap. (It was probably illegal child labor, but I got paid pennies, and those added up quickly.)
