Large scrap handling and recycling systems dictate using a rugged steel belt. Consider the Model 660, 6″ pitch Hinged Steel Belt Conveyor. By using the unique Titan 6″ pitch belting, the Model 660 will satisfy most heavy-duty scrap handling requirements. Our uniquely designed sidewing reduces the gap between sidewing and apron (eliminating carryover) and yet the rugged (1/4″ thick) design compensates for most severe applications.
Combine the unique sidewing with a standard 1/4″ thick apron, 3″ diameter, bushed, single flanged roller, double outside sidebars and a 3/4″ thru axle and you have a conveyor that will with stand years of heavy industrial use. Four different configurations are available with standard curves of 30 degrees, 45 degrees and 60 degrees available.

When hot parts need cooling or wet parts need drying, you need an experienced partner. Titan ConveyorsTM can provide a solution. Typical applications are in foundry and forge operations where components at several thousand degrees Fahrenheit need to be conveyed carefully as they cool.
Most cooling conveyors have drives that operate at a very slow speed and have variable control so the desired exit temperature can be met. Cooling fans are available in a variety of styles, sizes, and speeds for both single phase and three phase power supplies. Any imaginable structure can be made to house the fans, from very open to closed tunnels.
An equally wide range of belts can be used depending on the application, from plastic mesh modular belts to high temperature alloy oven belts and stainless steel belts.

Unique to heavy-duty pallet handling is the Titan Model 595, 90 Degree Tapered Chain Driven Live Roller Conveyor. The large diameter tapered rollers (4 1/4″ diameter on the large end to 2-1/2″ diameter on the small end) allow the pallets to maintain their proper orientation while traveling through the curve. Heavy duty welded 7 gauge side frame and double #50 chain (sidebow) roll-to-roll drive ensure that the Model 595 will withstand rugged industrial usage.
The design of this unit will allow you to integrate it with our Model 525 or our Model 535 chain driven live rollers to complete a system. The close roller centers will allow you to handle most pallet sizes. The Model 595 has a center drive. The Model 595 can be fitted with optional #60 roller chain sprockets. The standard radius is 64″ measured to the inside of the chain guard. Effective conveying widths can be ordered to suit your particular requirements.

The Slider Bed Belt is designed with the systems approach in mind. The square head and tail end terminals and the standard 4″ deep formed frame allow you the flexibility to combine this unit with other Titan models to assure a continuous flow of material. This is our most popular slider bed conveyor and is suitable for most applications requiring a basic belt conveyor to move material from point A to point B.
Screw type take-ups and 4″ diameter crown face pulleys are some of the standard design features. Modular design allows you the flexibility to add additional sections if required. As with all Titan Conveyors, there is an endless list of options to customize your conveyor.
