Industrial Edge Controller · Data / Network

Industrial PC + PLC + protocol gateway — one DIN-mount unit
A DIN-rail edge controller built around an industrialized Raspberry Pi Compute Module plus an on-board Arduino for real-time I/O. Programmable in Python, C#, or visually in Node-RED, with Docker container support out of the box.

Why it matters
Adds edge data processing, OPC UA / MQTT publishing, and custom logic without specifying a separate IPC, gateway, and PLC. The built-in UPS handles dirty power with no external module.
How it differs
A commercial Pi has no industrial enclosure, no isolated I/O, no UPS, no real-time co-processor, no temp rating, no warranty. This solves all of it in one SKU.

Ethernet Remote I/O + Serial Gateway · Data / Network

Ethernet to 8 DI + 8 DO + configurable RS485 serial gateway
A compact DIN rail remote I/O module with 8 digital inputs, 8 protected digital outputs, and a configurable RS485 half duplex serial gateway port. ASCII or Modbus TCP, with a watchdog timer and event monitoring.

Why it matters
The serial gateway is the unusual part. One device replaces a remote I/O block and a serial-to-Ethernet bridge, decisive when bringing legacy RS485 instruments into a new SCADA layer. Event monitoring triggers on input change instead of polling.
How it differs
Generic remote I/O is I/O only: no serial bridge, no watchdog, no event triggers. Otherwise you're buying two devices and writing more PLC code.

Ethernet Thermocouple Remote I/O · Data / Network

Ethernet to 8 channel thermocouple module
An industrial Ethernet module with 8 thermocouple inputs, each individually configurable for sensor type (all common types supported), with open/short circuit detection, browser-based monitoring, and Modbus TCP / ASCII protocols.

Why it matters
Solves temperature sensing at the network edge instead of cabling thermocouples back to a central PLC. Ideal for multizone ovens, batch reactors, EV battery test, and food/pharma where many temperature points need to land on the network with minimal wiring.
How it differs
Off the shelf transmitters handle one or two channels each. Getting 8 TC inputs onto Ethernet the commodity way means stacking single channel transmitters in a separate cabinet.
