    Conta-Clip · Marking & Connectivity

Three Conta-Clip products with no off-the-shelf equal. Most marking and distribution hardware on a distributor shelf is single-vendor, screw-terminal, and sold piecemeal.

These go where commodity components cost you build hours. Conta-Clip makes the hardware. Dynamic helps you apply it.

    WHY A "UNIQUE PRODUCTS" PAGE

A catalog lists part numbers. This shows what's actually worth specifying.

Most marking and terminal-block selection guides stop at size and rating.

They don't show you which printer marks every component in the panel regardless of who made the terminal block, which distribution block balances current load so one side doesn't overheat, or which cable entry routes a pre-terminated cable into a cramped enclosure without bending it to failure.

For Conta-Clip, three products stand out. Each one either replaces multiple machines or SKUs, eliminates a labor step, or solves a failure mode the catalog quietly leaves to the field.

    TTPCardMAX

    CCI label printer

    Marking & Identification
    TTPCardMAX
Thermal Transfer Printing System · 300 dpi, up to 5,500 markers/hour, cross-vendor marker cards
One machine marks terminal blocks, cables, wires, devices, ducts, I/O, and external faceplates. 300 dpi resolution, up to 60 mm/s print speed, 80 × 500 mm print area, manual through fully automatic in-feed. Prints on PVC, PMMA, polyester, ABS, and polycarbonate, driven by CONTAPrintMAX software with templates for every card type including Conta-Clip, Weidmüller, Phoenix, Wago, ABB, Siemens, Cabur, and Tyco formats.

    • Why it matters
Replaces the panel shop's stack of dedicated printers, one for terminal blocks, one for cables, one for sleeves, one for cabinet faceplates with a single machine for every marking task. Cross-vendor compatibility means the same printer marks every component in the panel no matter who made the part. For repeat builds, automatic in-feed at 5,500 markers/hour is a production line, not a desktop accessory.
    • How it differs
Most marker printers are locked to one manufacturer's card format and stop there. Inkjet-style markers smudge under solvent and lose contrast; embossed plastic strips are slow. Thermal transfer at 300 dpi gives permanent, solvent-resistant marking on the same printer that handles every label type.

    PPVK Push-In Distribution

    PPVK Push-In Distribution

    Connectivity
    PPVK Push-In Distribution
Push-In Potential Distribution Terminals · bidirectional cross-connection, 150+ connections per 10 cm of rail

Push-in potential distribution blocks for structured AC and DC control-circuit power distribution inside the panel. Bidirectional cross-connection of feed terminals balances current load between both distribution sides. Over 150 conductor connections per 10 cm of DIN rail, with pre-assembled feed blocks in alternating or grouped configurations.
    • Why it matters
Up to 35% space savings versus comparable distribution solutions, and far fewer wiring errors when there are many cables to land. Pre-assembled blocks cut SKU count and stocking burden. The bidirectional layout prevents the local-overload problem of single-sided distribution blocks.
    • How it differs
Standard practice is a row of terminal blocks with jumper bars, bulky, error-prone, and slow to wire. This is a purpose-built distribution component, not a workaround assembled from general-purpose parts.

    KDS-SR90

    KDS-SR90

    Connectivity / Thermal
    K
    DS-SR90
    Angled (90°) Cable Entry Frame · IP66, tool-less changes, accepts pre-terminated cables
An angled screw-frame cable entry that brings cables and conduits into the enclosure at 90°, with IP66 protection. Mounts with M5 screws, runs the standard KDS sealing inlays and elements, and allows tool-less changes after install. Pre-assembled connectors can enter without re-terminating.
    • Why it matters
Solves the routing problem in cramped enclosures where a straight gland would force the cable into a tight bend right at the entry. Avoids cable-stress failures, protects the cable from being pulled, and lets factory-terminated cables enter the panel intact.
    • How it differs
A standard gland or knockout pushes cables straight in; field techs then bend the cable inside or outside the enclosure: the leading cause of insulation damage in tight panel layouts. The 90° frame removes that bend at the entry.

    The Dynamic Advantage

Marking and connectivity are a build-process decision, not a catalog one.

Dynamic Measurement & Control Solutions is the independent manufacturers' representative for Conta-Clip across Northern California and Nevada. We engage at the panel-design level, marking workflow, distribution layout, cable routing, and sealing requirements so the right hardware is on the BOM before the panel is built.
Conta-Clip is a family-owned German manufacturer with full vertical integration: terminal blocks, cable management, electronics, enclosures, and marking, all developed and built in-house. Custom assembly is a stocked service offering, not an exception: labeled terminal block rails, pre-assembled cable entries, and custom electronic modules.
    • Marking workflow and printer specification support
    • Distribution and terminal layout review
    • Cable entry, routing, and sealing selection
    • Local, engineer-to-engineer support
