    SEMICONDUCTOR AND TEST EQUIPMENT

    Semiconductor and test equipment

Power it. Control it. Prove it.

The product lines for the tool, the subsystem and the bench: the heater and DC switching that holds the process, the panel the operator runs in gloves, and the data port your customer's fab system polls. The manufacturers Dynamic Measurement and Control Solutions represents, on a line card built for the way you design, with an application engineer on the phone before the spec locks.

    Power it

Energy in, converted, moved. And the switching and protection that keeps it safe.
    Celduc solid state relay
    Celduc

The heater relay that reports its own state

Solid state relays for chamber, chuck, bake, anneal and gas-line heater zones, 4 to 125 A single and three phase, with relays and plug-on modules that report mains, load and protection status. The tool controller knows it commanded the output; the relay knows whether current flowed, so a broken element is flagged before a lot runs cold.

Schaltbau CP series modular high-voltage contactor
    Schaltbau

The test bench that does not weld

Charge-discharge cycling and short-circuit simulation on a battery, powertrain or power-module bench, where every cycle ends with an open under load. C310 at 1,500 V DC and 500 A as the main contactor for cyclers and emulators; the CP series to 4,800 V insulation and 2,000 A for pack-level and HV architectures. Arc chambers unlatch by hand for a tip inspection between units.

Premium PSU AC/DC supply with built-in DC UPS and Ethernet
    Premium PSU

Control power that rides through the dip

A control-voltage supply with the battery charger and the changeover built in and Ethernet reporting to the tool controller, so a mains dip is a logged event, not a tool down. RDM modules OR two supplies with under 40 mV of drop, the EFC electronic fuse protects four 24 V channels, and TDS converters deliver galvanically separated AC for metrology and laser loads.

Walther mechanically interlocked receptacle and switch
    Walther

    Tool hookup that disconnects safely

The receptacle and the switch are one unit at the tool or the pump frame: the circuit cannot be made or broken under load, and the handle takes a lock. Finished pin and sleeve drops built to length in Somerset, New Jersey, 20 to 100 A at 125 to 480 V, UL Listed and CSA Certified together, so the hookup arrives ready to plug in.

    Control it

Commanded, coordinated. The panel run in gloves, and the support equipment around the tool.
    GETT sealed glass keyboard
    GETT

The operator panel, gowned and gloved

Capacitive keyboards and switches that read a gloved hand through a sealed glass front, flat, with no key gaps to wipe down. InduSmart panel PCs from 10.1 to 21.5 inches, IP65 front, fanless, with an NFC reader for operator login and lot traceability, your logo from a quantity of one, seven years of form-fit-function availability.

    IMO Jaguar variable speed drives
    IMO

Pumps, chillers and exhaust and the panel that runs them

Jaguar drives, including harsh-environment models built for vibration, contactors and motor control from compact to heavy frames, iSmart smart relays and XGB PLCs with license-free programming, iView HMIs on the door. For the pump frame, the chiller and the exhaust fan around the tool. Up to 5-year warranty on electromechanical components, same-day dispatch from US stock.

    Prove it

Proven, not assumed. The tool ships with a data interface, and the controller you qualified is never touched.
Brainboxes Pure Embedded board-level Ethernet switch
    Brainboxes

    Ethernet inside the subsystem

Board-level switching 55 by 55 by 10 millimeters, designed into the gas panel, the RF module or the wafer handler. One OEM built it into a flow ratio controller for wafer-fab gas delivery: 113,000 power cycles, zero failures, and a ten-year availability commitment behind the part number.

Brainboxes Ethernet to serial device server
    Brainboxes

The instrument has RS-232; the tool wants Ethernet

The pressure controller, the chiller and the RF generator still talk RS-232 or RS-485. An Ethernet-to-serial unit puts them on the tool network and the tool software still sees the same COM port, so nothing in the control code changes. PoE and unmanaged switches on the same DIN rail.

    Brainboxes Ethernet remote I/O module
    Brainboxes

Tool state as a part number

Remote I/O presents run states, door and interlock positions, counts and temperatures as Modbus TCP devices the customer's fab system polls. The tool ships with a data interface the fab's IT already understands, and the tool controller you validated is never touched.

SATEC PRO Series PM335 power quality analyzer
    SATEC

    Sags recorded, not remembered

PRO Series: a Class 0.2S revenue meter and a Class A Edition 3.1 power quality analyzer in one instrument. Sags, swells, interruptions and unbalance logged with their time and depth, so the tool that faulted at 03:10 has a cause on file, and whether it came from the utility or the fab is a line in a log. AC and DC on the same platform, DC to 1,500 V.

    Foundation

Looks simple. Fails first. Where the schematic meets the panel.
Conta-Clip KDS split cable entry with pre-terminated cables
    Conta-Clip

The tool harness through the wall, connectors on

KDS split cable entry: the pre-terminated, tested cables go through the frame with their connectors on, the wave-cut seal closes around each one, and the frame holds IP66. UL Recognized, one frame in place of a row of glands, seals swapped from outside when a cable is replaced.

WISKA Brace plastic conduit and sealing fitting
    WISKA

Brace conduit and fittings that seal

The Brace system: plastic conduit with fittings that lock and seal at the enclosure, plus glands including EMC versions and junction boxes, so the drop enters sealed and the shield lands where it should.

An SSR has a heat budgetFigure roughly one to one and a half watts dissipated per amp conducted. If there is no thermal budget left in the panel, an electromechanical contactor is the right answer and we will say so. An SSR is not isolation and not a disconnect.
A data layer beside the controlsBrainboxes sits outside the control loop and moves information up to MES, historians and dashboards without interfering with machine operation. Anything deterministic, safety rated or inside the loop stays with the controller vendor's I/O.
Challenge usAfter 30-plus years in the industrial hardware space we know these products, on our line card and off it. Bring us your most stringent or most mundane requirement. If one of our product lines fits, we will show you where. If it does not, we know someone who will. We would be happy to help.

Talk it through at the design stage

If any part of this page raises a question mid-design, whether that is the heater relay, the contactor on the bench, the supply behind the tool controller or the data port the fab polls, that question is exactly what we are for. A short technical conversation before the spec locks usually surfaces the options a datasheet does not.

Take the semiconductor and test line card with you

The same twelve tiles as a two-page PDF: the heater and DC switching that holds the process, the power behind the tool controller, the panel the operator runs in gloves, and the data port the fab polls, with the band each manufacturer sits in. Made for the drawing set, not the inbox.
